Who We Are
Where you can be you, but knowing there are people here to help
Relax in the comfort of your own apartment, with your own furnishings. Hang your pictures on the wall, make it your own. But know that we are on hand, 24 hours a day, just in case.
Three meals a day, seven days a week
We provide wholesome, home-cooked meals 3 times a day, 7 days a week, in our dining room. Meals are a social event as well as nutritious and tasty.
Activities are a regular event at Pleasant Villa
We host activities Monday thru Friday. Also Bible Study classes, parties, outside entertainment, and prizes. Why wouldn't you join in?
Services
Housekeeping and laundry services weekly
Weekly Housekeeping services are included in all rents, which also includes our cleaning your sheets and towels. Personal laundry can be done weekly for a small additional fee. For those who wish to do their own laundry, we have a completely free laundromat open 24 hours a day.
Local Transportation to doctors, and shopping services
Residents are welcome to drive themselves at any time, but we will be happy to provide transportation to local doctor offices and hospitals. Or, if you need something from the store or pharmacy, we will pick it up for you.
Home health aides are always welcome
Like all Independent Living communities, all Residents must be able to get around on their own, get dressed, bathe, etc. But if you need help, you can arrange for outside caregivers to come in at any time.

All utilities (electric, gas, water, pest, trash) and even 136 channels of TV and WiFi are included. The only thing you are responsible for is your phone service, and the apartments are wired for landlines if you choose to use that.

Cats and small dogs (25 pounds) are allowed with a small monthly fee. Subject to our approval that you can properly care for your pet.

All apartments are unfurnished, so bring your favorite heirlooms, and all your pictures. Furnished apartments are $100 a month more.

Is smoking allowed?
Pleasant Villa is non-smoking, but does have outside smoking area.
Enhanced Services Package
$75 a month for daily Medicine reminders. weekly personal laundry services, and emergency call pendant.
